If you have been reading my blog, you would know how much I love statement necklaces. Yes, I am a self-proclaim statement necklace addict. This accessory is the best way to bring life to an outfit. Nothing is easier than completing your look with a bold, striking and attention-grabbing piece of statement necklace. All it takes is one piece of accessory to make your outfit stand out.
Do remember of course that the statement necklaces which are usually chunky and bold are best worn with simple clothes. Avoid patterns and embellishments such as sequins when wearing a bold piece of statement necklace. A simple white top with denim is ideal for a big and colourful statement necklace. A little black dress or a black top is the perfect match for attention-grabbing pieces.
For a simple and polish look, pearls are the best. It is also advisable not to wear a pair of big earrings when you have a statement necklace on as it could be too overwhelming. Always remember to match your accessories and clothes wisely.
