2021 Spring Summer Fashion Trends

When it comes to fashion in 2021, there is one thing that we can all agree on and that is nothing matters more than comfort, no matter the time of the year.  This is so true especially when we have spent most of the time at home either to follow social distancing, homeschooling the kids, or sitting in front of the computer all day.  Whatever the situation may be, comfortable clothes rock our world and make life a little simpler.

With spring almost here, it is time to keep those winter layers away and update the closet with some new styles.  There are tons of fun spring fashion trends to experiment with this season.  There seem to be two types of fashion styles when it comes to this year’s popular pieces.  One is those who are embracing comfort and casual style of dressing during the pandemic and the other are those who are ready to move away from loungewear and back to dressing up once again.

If you would like to get some Spring trend inspo to uplift your life right now, do scroll ahead to get yourself prepared with some  key staples for the new season.

Tiktok Shapewear Leggings

There is a trending legging on TikTok that offers tummy control, slimming the thighs and also lifting the butt called Tiktok Shapewear Leggings.  This high waist compression legging will give you a nice smooth shape from the waist down making cellulite disappear while lifting your tush.  Make sure you order the leggings soon as trending items tend to sold out real quickly.

Add some colors to your life with this tie dye crop hoodie that is comfortable and totally unique. This explosive trend made a comeback last year and it is not going anywhere.  There is no better way to hop on the trend train.  Elevate your loungewear with this happy hue.

Women know that nothing ruins our day faster than wearing an uncomfortable bra.  As such, it is important that we fill our lingerie drawer with a flattering and comfy bra.  Whether you are sleeping, lounging or hanging around the house, you would need a good and comfortable bra that makes you forget that you are even wearing one.

If you are in search of a new swimsuit for lazy days by the pool or sunning in the park,  you may want to check out the abstract print swimsuit. They are super stylish and can be worn with linen trousers and oversized sunnies for serious garden glam.

Whether it is the latest maxi dresses, jogger pants or hot sexy lingerie, the 2021 fashion trend puts comfort over everything else.

Affordable Basics We All Need This Spring

There are many appealing spring trends out there, from modern shoe styles to the current denim cut.  As such it can be rather daunting trying to start putting together a spring wardrobe.  There are a few key pieces worth considering to build a trendy wardrobe. 2021 Winter Coat Trends

Winter is in full swing now and this means that the coat season is upon us.  While most of us were in our matching sweatsuits and loungewear last year, the outerwear is getting a new makeover this year with a number of new winter coat trends taking over the Instagram fashion feeds.    A coat is a justifiable purchase and this single addition will make a huge impact on our wardrobe.  If there is a time to splurge on a little something for yourself, it is now.  A great coat would not only keep you warm and make winter feel more bearable, it is that little spark of joy that makes dressing up more satisfying.

From textured quilted to dark slouchy wool pieces, there is bound to be a coat that fits everyone.  If you want to stay ahead of the trend and get your hands on the coat before everyone else gets to them, here is the upcoming women’s coats trend that we will be seeing everywhere this year.

Checkered Coat

Quilted Coat

The quilted jackets have also gotten longer and baggier this season.  It is another one of fall and winter’s big trends and dress-like silhouette.  For colder temperatures, choose a quilted coat with some down fill.  You can find some cheap maxi dresses and underneath the quilted coat.   This type of coat is extremely comfortable and almost like you are walking around in a blanket.

The Shearling Coat

The shearling coat is the warmest coat on this list.   The ever-popular shearling jacket silhouette has been replaced with a vegan version and a longer, knee-length hemline. It will definitely be a bonus if you can find one with oversized statement pockets.

The Puffer

The biggest outerwear winter trend is the printed puffer and it is also one of the most fun styles to wear.  With designs and prints ranging from floral to tropical, these jackets instantly add a statement, and not to mention warmth — to any cold-weather look.

Shop them now from Prestarrs and look cute while you bundle up.

Makeup Trends From The 90s That We Want

Makeup trends come and go, just like fashion trends.  Remember Twiggy in the 60s with her bold and glamorous makeup to the 80s fuschia lips and neon eyeshadows?  Every so often, we wish that the these beauty trends from the past should make a comeback.  Looking back at the 90s in particular, some may shudder at certain makeup fads like dark lip liner but there are other makeup trends that we can definitely welcome back into our beauty repertoire and wear again.  Here are some of the most epic makeup hits that will take us back down the memory lane.

Glossy Lips

Clear, or colored, a glossy lip is an easy way to add a youthful pop to any makeup look.   Here is J Lo rocking glossy lip and blue eyeshadow.

Chunky Sandals

Chunky sandals were seen in the past few seasons and they are here to stay. The recent spring runways were littered with sporty Velcro sandals that have been given an update like colorful fabrics and whimsical embellishments.

Square Toe Sandals

Square-toe sandals were another style that was all the rage throughout the spring/summer collections in the past few seasons.  This trend is not necessarily new and you cannot call them vintage shoes but it is not time to phase out the silhouette just yet.

House Sandals

Who can forget the comfy sandals that kept us comfortable last year?  Well, they are going to serve their purpose all the way in 2021 with updates like faux fur and pastel hues.
